Welcome!

The primary goal of the Laboratory of Neuropsychopharmacology is to understand the cellular and molecular basis and treatment of complex psychiatric diseases. These include depression, anxiety disorders and schizophrenia with the ultimate goals of development of novel therapeutics and increasing the efficacy of current treatments. To address these issues, we use a variety of molecular, cellular, pharmacological, behavioral and imaging techniques in laboratory animals and humans.
